18th March Home to Basildon
Basildon came to Harlow for a top of the table clash of the big guns, Harlow got off to a great start with Alex Hogg and James Jennings winning the first pairs of the evening followed by Ian Clarkson and Steve Pryde winning there pairs, this put Harlow 2-0 up, Dicky Foster and Paul Wilshire lost the next pairs and this gave Basildon some encouragment, Basildon took the final pairs to make it 2-2.
Into the singles and Basildon came flying out of the traps, winning the first 3 singles, Ron Green and Steve Pryde the first 2 victims followed by, what can only be described as the game of the night, James Jennings taking on Basildons Dave Orton, James was unlucky as it was missed doubles that cost him and if you give an opponent like Dave Orton any chances he will take them, this left Harlow 5-2 down and it seemed that only a miracle could get them back on track, Ronnie Yates was the next to step to the ocky and he won 3-0 closly followed by Man of the Match Alex Hogg, Alex had a great game with Basildons Andy Reynolds with Alex taking it 3-2 with a 30.17 average, Dicky Foster won 3-1 before Ian Clarkson won 3-0 and to complete the comeback, Paul Wilsher, who has not played for several months, stepped up and took his match 3-0 and with Harlow looking dead and buried at 2-5, the Top of the Table Clash was won by Harlow Hawks 7-5.

11th March (Double Header) Away to Maldon
Harlow traveled to Maldon for a Double Header, due to Maldon being unable to fulfill there fixture from 25th November 08, as you are all most probably aware, when a double header is being played, 2 boards are running at the same time, a home board and an away board, on the home board Harlow went 1-0 down with Steve Pryde and Ron Green losing the first pairs before Ian Clarkson and Damien Green made it 1-1 with Ian hitting a 180, Dicky Foster and Graham Wilson then made it 2-1 to the Hawks before Alex Hogg and James Jennings made it 3-1. On the Away board things were a bit closer with James Jennings and Alex Hogg and Ian Clarkson and Damien Green both winning there pairs to make it 2-2.
Going into the singles on the Home board, Man of the Match James Jennings won his singles 3-0 with a 31.97 average followed by the impressive Damien Green, in Damiens first leg he went 180,180 and just missed Treble 19 for a 9 dart finish but still finished in 11 darts, he also won 3-0 with a 31.31 average, Ian Clarkson also won 3-0, Dicky Foster was next on but could not keep the run going, neither could Ronnie Yates, Steve Pryde stepped up and took his singles making it 7-3 to Harlow before Graham Wilson and Alex Hogg both lost there respective matches to make the score 7-5, Meanwhile on the Away board, Alex Hogg won his singles before Steve Quinton lost his singles, Ron Green then Damien Green both won there singles 3-0 before Man of the Match Ian Clarkson won his singles 3-1, Graham Wilson lost his singles before James Jennings made it 7-4 to Harlow by winning his singles and the last singles of the night was Steve Pryde who could not get the win he deserved and Harlow ended 7-5 Victors.

18th February Away to Rush Green
Harlow travelled to Rush Green with great expectations and they did not let themselves down, Ron Green and Steve Pryde got the night off to a great start winning the first pairs of the night with Steve hitting a 29.00 average, James Jennings and Alex Hogg made it 2-0 with Alex throwing a 29.45 average, newcomer Steve Quinton was paired up with Captain Tom Jennings, Steve hit a 180 but unfortunatly they lost the pairs, finally the ever reliable Ian Clarkson and super youngster Damien Green made it 3-1 to Harlow with Ian posting a 29.05 average.
Into the singles and Damien Green wast first on but was unlucky to lose 3-1 with a 27.23 average, Steve Pryde restored the 2 point advantage with a 27.05 average, Tom Jennings lost his singles 3-0 before James Jennings went on to win his singles 3-1, Ron Green lost his singles before Ian Clarkson won 3-0 with a 27.32 average, newcomer Steve Quinton won his singles hitting a 180 before Alex Hogg rounded the evening off with a 27.32 average to win the final singles of the night.

28th January Home to Dunmow
Harlow got back to Winning ways against a tough Dunmow said but Dunmow were not gonna give it up easily, Alex Hogg and James Jennings won the first singles of the night before Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster lost their first pairs of the season, Colin Blumson and Ron Green restored Harlow leads before Damien Green and Steve Pryde extended the lead to take Harlow into the break 3-1 to the good.
James Jennings won the first Singles of the evening to put Harlow 4-1 up before Dunmow kicked into gear, Ron Green, for the second week on the bounce, hit a 180 with his first 3 darts but still lost his singles before Damien Green, Dicky Foster and Colin Blumson all lost thier singles which dramaticaly put Dunmow ahead 5-4 Steve Pryde won his singles 3-0 and finished with a great 120 shot out, Man of the Match Ian Clarkson played next, hitting 2 x 180's and winning 3-0 with a 28.90 average, for the second week running, to restore Harlow's lead and last but not least Alex Hogg won his singles 3-1 to give Harlow a very hard fought win, Well played Dunmow.

21st January Away to Walton
After lengthy trips to Harwich on the 7th and Orsett on the 14th, Harlow had yet another journey to play Walton and Harlow did not get off to the best of starts, Graham Wilson and Steve Pryde lost the first pairs of the night before Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster carried on winning to make it 1-1, I must point out that Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster have formed a fantastic partnership that has seen them go unbeaten all season so far, WELL DONE GENTS, Ron Green and newcomer Matt Bacon were next to step up but were very unlucky to be on the losing side in this pairs, before Alex Hogg and James Jennings lost their pairs to send Harlow in at the break 3-1 down again.
Man of the Match Alex Hogg won his isngles 3-0 with an impressive 32.67 average then Dicky Foster hit a 180 and took the next singles match 3-1 to make it all square on the night, Ron Green was up next and hit a 180 with his first three darts but could not maintain the winning ways losing 3-1, Steve Pryde levelled it up again winning his singles match 3-2, James Jennings then won his singles match putting Harlow ahead for the first time in the match before Tom Jennings and then Graham Wilson both lost their singles to give the advantage back to Walton befor Ian Calrkson stepped up to take his singles match 3-0 with a 28.90 to make it 6-6 on the night, what a hard fought draw that turned out to be.

14th January Away to Orsett
Harlow got off to a good start after a long journey, James Jennings and Alex Hogg winning the first pairs of the night with Alex getting a 28.47 average, the ever dependable Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster were next up to make it 2-0 to Harlow and maintaining their unbeaten record, followed up by a win for Graham Wilson and Steve Pryde, Steve Hack and Captain Tom Jennings were the last pairs to go but unfortunately could not keep the winning form going but Harlow lead at the break 3-1.
Tom Jennings redeemed himself in the singles by winning and putting Harlow 4-1 to the good, Orsett pulled one back by defeating a very resiliant Steve Pryde before Man of the Match Graham Wilson stepped up and won his singles 3-0 with a terrific display of Darts and a 26.83 average, Steve Hack played his first singles match of the season but was very unlucky not to pick up the win, Dicky Foster then made it 6-3 to Harlow and with the last 3 singles matches involving James Jennings, Alex Hogg and Ian Clarkson Harlow were looking for a 9-3 victory, But, Orsett had other ideas and showed that they were not going to give up without a fight and fight they did, Alex Hogg was first up against Paul Oakley and lost then Simon Pratt beat Ian Clarkson and finally Harry Miles beat James Jennings in what could be described as game of the night, James having a 25.94 average and Harry Miles having a 26.36.

10th December Home to Waltham Abbey
This match ended up being overshadowed by one idiot but would not have made a great deal of difference to an otherwise entertaining match, Harlow got off to a bad start when the, usually reliable pairing of Alex Hogg and James Jennings stepped up to get the match underway but lost their first pairs match of the season, it was down to Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster to get Harlow back on track taking the next pairs with a decent 32.12, Harlow welcomed a newcomer into the fold, Steve Hack was paired up with another promising youngster Damien Green and made it 2-1, Steve Pryde and Ron Green finished the pairs of with a victory to send Harlow in 3-1 at the break.
Dicky Foster unfortunately got Harlow off to another bad start by losing his singles match, Man of the Match Damien Green then put Harlow 4-2 up wining his singles match with a 30.06 average, Steve Pryde was unlucky to lose his match, missing out on his doubles, an under par Ron Green stepped up next but still came out with the win, Alex Hogg redeemed himself by winning his singles to put Harlow 6-3 up, Jason Sutton was the next player to be hit by the curse of the doubles and lost his match, James Jenninigs also redeemed himself by winning the last match of the night to give Harlow a 7-4 victory, as stated at the begining of this report, the last match could not take place due to Waltham Abbey's last singles player being thrown out of the club because he was causing trouble.

3rd December Away to Basildon
Table topping Harlow traveled to Basildon for a top of the table clash of the big boys, The Hawks got off to a great start with Alex Hogg and James Jennings winning the first pairs of the evening, experienced Dicky Foster and Newcomer Jason Sutton made it 2-0, followed by Damien Green and the much welcomed back Paul Wilsher winning their pairs to make it 3-0 before Steve Pryde and Ron Green lost to make it 3-1 at the half way stage.
Ron Green started the singles off and lost his singles match, then stepped up the Man of the Match James Jennings winning his singles with a 29.17 average, Dicky Foster was unfortunate with the double, missing nine darts at a double and Carl Smith took advantage of that, Steady Damien Green was next up and did not let anyone down winning his singles to make it 5-3 to the Hawks, Paul Wilsher returned to play his first singles match since the first game of the season but could not get the win that he wanted, Welcome Back Paul, this made it 5-4 to The Hawks, next up was Steve pryde who took a 2-0 lead, only to have the carpet pulled out from underneath him by Basildon's K. Ridgeway, this made it 5-5, Jason Sutton was next on and lost his match to give Basildon the edge and the lead for the first time in the match, before the reliable Alex Hogg came on to win his match and take a share of the points for the Hawks in a very thrilling competition.

With only 3 hours to go before kick off, Maldon ring up and canceled the game, disappointing.
12th November Away to Thurrock
Harlow travelled to Thurrock for their next outing, Steve Pryde and Ron Green kicked off the pairs winning with a 26.34 average, Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster then stepped up to take the second with a 27.05 (Ian Clarkson hit a 180 in this match), James Jennings and Alex Hogg took to the ockey and made it 3-0 to Harlow with a 31.28 (James had a great 37.73 average whilst also hitting a 180), Tom Jennings and Chris Forsyth were next up but the lost to make it 3-1 to the Hawks at the halfway point.
Ian Clarkson started the singles in fine style with a 30.67 average to take Harlow 4-1 up, James Jennings then took the next singles match, hitting another 180 to make it 5-1 to Harlow, Ron Green was very unfortunate to lose his singles match, Steve Pryde was next up and although hitting a 180 he also lost his match, Tom Jennings was next up and he also lost with a poor 18.08 average, Chris Forsyth stepped up and also lost his match, this brought things level on the night 5-5 and the tension was felt in the air, Dicky Foster was next up and was delighted when he won his match 3-2 hitting a 180 in the process, to put Harlow back in front and Alex Hogg was the last player for Harlow and he was taken all the way by his opponent, winnig 3-2 and hitting a 180 during the match and giving Harlow the 2 points.

5th November Home to Rush Green
An under strengthed Rush Green team turned up at Barrows Farm, to take on the league leaders, with only 7 players but The Hawks still had a job to do, James Jennings and Alex Hogg stepped up for the first pairs match winning with an average of 22.75, Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster paired up well to take the next game with an excellent 30.33 average, then came Ron Green and Steve Pryde to make it 3-0 and as Rush Green only had 7 players they had to forfeit the next pair and Harlow had a 4-0 lead after the Pairs.
Onto the singles and Alex Hogg took the first match 3-2 with his lowest average of the season so far, James Jennings then took his singles match 3-1 but also did not play brilliantly like we know he can even though he hit a 180 and a 120 shot out, Man of the Match Damien Green stepped up for his singles, hitting a 180, he also won 3-1 (26.18), Ron Green then put Harlow Hawks 8-0 up and the points were secured, Dicky Foster then lost his singles match but was very unfortunate not to hit his doubles, Ian Clarkson made short work of his singles match dispatching his opponent 3-0 before Steve Pryde made it 10-1 with a 3-0 victory in his singles, and as mentioned earlier, Rush Green only had 7 players so Harlow were awarded the last game without Tom Jennings picking up a Dart.

15th October Away to Dunmow
Harlow travelled to Dunmow for tonights fixture and the journey was well and truly worth it, Ron Green and Ronnie Yates stepped up for the first pairs of the night and got Harlow off to a good start, winning the opening game, Steve Pryde and Sandy Grant won the next with a very good 30.33 average, last week's man of the match Alex Hogg then paired up with England Youth Starlet and Young Sports Personality of the Year, James Jennings and gave Harlow a 3-0 lead by winning their pairs, with James hitting a 180, which left it up to Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster to see if Harlow could take a convincing lead into the singles, Ian and Dicky did not let anyone down, with Ian also hitting a 180 and dispatching of their opponents with an average of 23.79.
Harlow lead 4-0 going into the singles, but Dunmow were not just going to roll over for the Hawks and took the first singles game with Sandy Grant losing 3-2, Alex Hogg made it 5-1 to the Hawks with an impressive performance and a 180 followed by Ian Clarkson winning 3-1 with a 24.04 average and finishing the last game by hitting a 160 checkout, Dicky Foster lost his singles to show that there was still some fight left in Dunmow, James Jennings made it 7-2 to the Hawks with a 3-1 win, followed by Steve Pryde, winning 3-0, Man of the Match Ron Green made it 9-2 with a 25.47 average before Dunmow made it 9-3 beating Ronnie Yates in the final game of the evening 3-0.

8th October Home to Walton
After an impressive 8-4 win over Orsett, Harlow welcomed Walton to Barrows Farm. Tom Jennings and Chris Forsyth got the pairs off to a bad start, losing (19.60), Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster leveled it by winning their pairs (21.76), Ron Green and Steve Pryde lost the next pairs (22.57) and Alex Hogg and Ronnie Yates also lost their pairs (21.57).
The singles didn't start any better with Ronnie Yates losing his match 3-2 and Harlow were 4-1 down, enter, Alex Hogg, Man of the Match (for the second week running), Alex won his singles match 3-1 with an impressive 27.77 average, this sparked the fight in Harlow and the comeback was on, Ron Green won his singles (22.43), James Jennings, who turned up a bit too late to play in the pairs but made up for it with a very quick 3-0 victory (26.36), Ian Clarkson won his singles 3-1 before Walton pulled one back with victory over Dicky Foster, Tom Jennings was next up and all though not one of his best ever performances, still came up with a 3-1 victory, Steve Pryde put the Pride back into Harlow, completing the comeback by winning his singles 3-1.

1st October Home to Orsett
After a weeks rest and a bit of practice that Harlow needed, Orsett came to Harlow with a very good side, but it was Harlow that got off to the better start, going 3-1 up after the pairs, Ian Clarkson and Dicky Foster won the first (26.34) before Tom Jennings and Charlie Jennings lost the second (19.57), Alex Hogg and James Jennings won the third with a very good 27.80 average followed up by Sandy Grant and Steve Pryde winning the fourth with a 26.34 average.
Charlie Jennings played his first ever Super League singles match, but it did not go the way he had planned it to, losing 3-0 but still averaging 20.52, Sandy Grant also lost his singles 3-1 (18.92), the very reliable Ian Clarkson then stepped up to the ockey and saw off his challenge with a 3-1 win (22.42), Tom Jennings hit his worst ever average (17.66) as he was defeated 3-0, Alex Hogg, playing his first ever game for Harlow came out with a very impressive display, dispatching his opponent 3-2 and averaging a Man of the Match 26.01, James Jennings cruised to a 3-0 victory (24.24) to put Harlow 6-4 up, Dicky foster then won his singles 3-1 with a 25.50 average to hand Harlow Victory and Steve Pryde rounded off a good evenings work with victory in his singles (19.92).

17th September Away to Waltham Abbey
After a Heavy defeat to a very good Basildon side, Harlow needed to get back to winning ways and this they did against a good Waltham Abbey side, Father and Son pairing Tom and James Jennings got Harlow off to a good start by winning their pairs with a 22.75 average, Ron Green and Ronnie Yates followed this up by winning their pairs (20.02) Dicky Foster and Tony Morris won with a 26.34 average, Ian Clarkson and Steve Pryde went on to lose their pairs shooting a 24.97 average but Harlow were still in the driving seat leading 3-1.
Steve Pryde opened the singles for Harlow, unfortunately not the way he would of liked though losing 3-2, Dicky Foster won 3-0, closely followed by Ian Clarkson dispatching his opponent 3-0 with a Man of the Match performance, Ron green also won his singles match by the same margin putting Harlow 6-2 up, Tom Jennings was followed by son James in the next two singles but they both lost 3-2 and 3-1 respectively, Tony Morris lost the next singles match which brought the score to 6-5 and Waltham Abbey were closing in on the draw and an impressive comeback, up steps Ronnie Yates and with an average of 20.79 held his nerve to beat his opponent 3-1 and hand Harlow the victory.

10th September Home to Basildon
Ronnie Yates and Dicky Foster lost the first pair of the evening with a 20.30 average, Dicky Flescher and Chris Forsyth also lost their pair averaging 15.64, Damion Green and Sandy Grant lost with an average of 23.87, Things didn't get much better for Harlow as Tom and James Jennings also lost their pairs with an average of 20.68, this meant that Harlow got off to the worst start possible being white washed in the pairs 4-0.
Things did not get much better in the singles for Harlow, Tom Jennings lost 3-1 averaging 24.81, Sandy Grant lost his singles 3-2 (20.28), Ronnie Yates lost his singles 3-1(19.60), Dicky Flescher stepped up to stop the rot by winning his singles match convincingly 3-0 (22.43) followed up by the always impressive Man of the Match James Jennings, making very quick work of a 3-0 victory with a great 28.35 average, Damion Green then lost his singles 3-1 (22.26), Chris Forsyth had his best ever average of 22.04 but unfortunately still lost 3-0 and last up against a very strong and very impressive Basildon side was Dicky Foster, Dicky lost the last singles 3-1 with an average of 21.17.

3rd September Away to Maldon
Paul Wilsher and Ronnie Yates won the first pairs of the season beating K Cottis and T Pratt with a 22.24 average, Ron Green and Chris Blumson won the second pairs also with a 22.24 average, Tom and James Jennings won the third pair and you would never guess their average......yeah that's right 22.24 again, Dicky Foster and Sandy Grant lost the last pair with an average of 19.54, so after the pairs Harlow were 3-1 up.
Paul Wilsher lost the first singles game 3-0 averaging 20.71, Ronnie Yates lost the second singles 3-1 averaging 18.37, this brought the scores level and it is now 3-3, enter the Man of the Match Tom Jennings, winning his singles match 3-1 and averaging 23.90, James Jennings then, only just, lost his singles match 3-2 with an average of 22.02, what a great match that was, Sandy Grant won his singles match with yet another close game of darts, winning 3-2 with a shot out in the last leg of 130, Sandy Averaged 22.24 in his match, Dicky Foster lost his match 3-0 with a 21.95 average, Ron Green lost his match 3-2 with a 20.79 average, so at this point Harlow are 6-5 down and needed the last match to level things and take the draw, Chris Blumson did not let anyone down with a steady display, with a winning average of 20.51
